  7.   9. TOEIC (600) or TOEFL (500) test results, specifically for foreign teachers or instructors teaching English only (in case they are not native speakers). All original documents must be presented to the officer.
  10. A copy of the personal income tax return form (PND.91) and receipt, in case of working for a period of 1 year.
  11. A letter permitting the foreigner to practice the teaching profession without a professional license, or a teaching professional license, or a right certification from the Teachers' Council of Thailand, or a waiver from the Teachers' Council of Thailand, or a waiver request acceptance letter from the Teachers' Council of Thailand (except for teachers, instructors, or experts in higher education).
  12. Employment certification form (as per the Department of Employment's format).
  13. A copy of the foreign teacher's teaching schedule and photographs taken while teaching, along with a copy of the educational institution's map.
  14. A power of attorney for submitting the application on behalf of the applicant.
  15. A copy of the ID card of the educational institution's executive who authorizes another person to act on their behalf.

Additional Notes

  • All documents submitted by the foreign applicant for work visa extension (teachers/instructors) must be signed by the applicant on every page of every copy.
