วีซ่าธุรกิจ คืออะไร?

ข้อแตกต่างระหว่างใบอนุญาตทำงาน และวีซ่าธุรกิจ

เงื่อนไขและขั้นตอนการยื่นคำขอ

3. คนต่างด้าวไม่เป็นบุคคลวิกลจริตหรือมีจิตฟั่นเฟือนไม่สมประกอบ
4. คนต่างด้าวไม่ได้ป่วยเป็นโรคต่าง ๆ ได้แก่ โรคเรื้อน โรควัณโรคในระยะอันตราย โรคเท้าช้างระยะปรากฏอาการอันเป็นที่รังเกียจแก่สังคม โรคพิษสุราเรื้อรัง โรคซิฟิลิสในระยะที่ 3 และโรคติดยาเสพติดให้โทษ

4. สำเนาการได้รับอนุญาตให้อยู่ในราชอาณาจักรไทยชั่วคราว
5. สำเนารับรองวุฒิการศึกษา หรือหนังสือรับรองการทำงานจากผู้ที่เคยเป็นนายจ้าง
6. สำเนาใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพ หรือหนังสือรับรองจากสมาคมวิชาชีพ หรือหนังสือรับรองจากหน่วยงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายของประเทศไทย จำนวน 1 ฉบับ
7. ใบรับรองแพทย์ ซึ่งเป็นเอกสารที่ใช้รับรองว่าชาวต่างชาติบุคคลนั้นไม่มีลักษณะต้องห้าม และมีคุณสมบัติเหมาะสมในการขอใบอนุญาตทำงาน จำนวน 1 ฉบับ
8. หนังสือมอบอำนาจจากคนต่างด้าวติดอากรแสตมป์ 10 บาท จำนวน 1 ฉบับ และสำเนาบัตรประชาชนของผู้รับมอบอำนาจคนไทย จำนวน 1 ฉบับ (เฉพาะชาวต่างชาติที่นายจ้างหรือเจ้าหน้าที่จากบริษัทรับทำใบอนุญาตทำงาน รับทำ Work Permit ยื่นเอกสารให้แทน)
9. หนังสือรับรองการจ้างงานจากสถานประกอบการ จำนวน 1 ฉบับ
10. (กรณีที่นายจ้างเป็นคนไทย) สำเนาบัตรประชาชนของนายจ้างที่เป็นคนไทย หรือสำเนาหนังสือรับรองนิติบุคคล (สำหรับนิติบุคคล) และสำเนาบัตรประชาชนกรรมการผู้มีอำนาจ และสำเนาบัตรข้าราชการ (หากเป็นส่วนข้าราชการ) จำนวน 1 ฉบับ
11. (กรณีที่นายจ้างเป็นชาวต่างชาติ) สำเนาใบอนุญาตทำงาน (Work Permit) ของนายจ้างต่างชาติ หรือหากนายจ้างต่างชาติไม่ได้ทำงานในประเทศไทย และไม่มีใบอนุญาตทำงาน (Work Permit) จำเป็นต้องให้ Notary Public และสถานทูตไทยรับรองมอบอำนาจให้กรรมการ หรือบุคคลใดบุคคลหนึ่งลงนามแทน จำนวน 1 ชุด
12. หนังสือมอบอำนาจจากนายจ้างติดอากรแสตมป์ 10 บาท จำนวน 1 ฉบับ และสำเนาบัตรประชาชนของผู้รับมอบอำนาจ จำนวน 1 ฉบับ

ค่าธรรมเนียมในการขอใบอนุญาตทำงาน Work Permit

การขอใบอนุญาตทำงาน (Work Permit) สำหรับชาวต่างชาติในทุกกรณีจะมีค่าธรรมเนียมที่ต้องเสีย โดยจะมีค่าคำขอละ 100 บาท และค่าธรรมเนียมใบอนุญาตทำงานขึ้นอยู่กับประเภทและอายุของใบอนุญาตทำงาน ได้แก่ ใบอนุญาตทำงานอายุไม่เกิน 3 เดือน ฉบับละ 750 บาท ใบอนุญาตทำงานอายุเกิน 3 เดือน ไม่เกิน 6 เดือน ฉบับละ 1,500 บาท ใบอนุญาตทำงานอายุเกิน 6 เดือน ไม่เกิน 1 ปี ฉบับละ 3,000 บาท และใบอนุญาตทำงานที่มีอายุเกิน 1 ปี จะต้องจ่ายเพิ่มขึ้นตามอัตราของใบอนุญาต 3 ประเภทข้างต้น

ขั้นตอนการดำเนินการขอใบอนุญาตทำงาน
